Feedback Analysis & Action Taken Report

A continuous-improvement loop driven by every stakeholder of the College

Internal Quality Assurance Cell · IQAC

Listening, analysing & acting — every academic year

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College systematically collects feedback from students, teaching faculty, parents, alumni and employers on the curriculum, teaching, infrastructure, administration and overall student experience.

This feedback is consolidated, analysed and translated into a formal Action Taken Report (ATR) each academic year — closing the quality loop that informs curriculum updates, infrastructure improvements, faculty development, student welfare initiatives and administrative reforms.

The Feedback & Action Cycle

The institutional quality loop is implemented through a five-stage process — repeated every academic year by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell:

1

Collect

Standardised feedback forms are administered to students, faculty, parents, alumni and employers — typically at the close of an academic session or graduation.

2

Consolidate

Responses are aggregated by stakeholder group and by department, with anonymity preserved for student feedback as a matter of institutional policy.

3

Analyse

The IQAC analyses trends, satisfaction patterns and qualitative suggestions — identifying both areas of strength and specific opportunities for improvement.

4

Act

Actionable findings are translated into specific institutional measures — curricular updates, infrastructure investments, training programmes, administrative reforms.

5

Report

The findings and the responses to them are published as the Action Taken Report (ATR) each year — a transparent, public-facing record of how feedback shaped institutional action.
