Promoting mental health & well-being

The College Counselling Cell is established to promote the mental health, emotional well-being, and personal development of students.

The Cell provides a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where students can seek guidance for academic stress, anxiety, personal concerns, relationship issues, and other psychological challenges.

Our Commitment

A confidential, non-judgmental space

All counselling interactions are conducted with strict confidentiality and a non-judgmental approach. Your trust is the foundation of this work, and the focus is always on listening, supporting and helping each student find their way forward.

Confidentiality: Everything shared with the counsellor stays within the room — except in situations where the safety of you or someone else is at serious risk.
You are not alone: Difficult days are part of life. Reaching out for help is a normal, healthy step — and the Cell is here for every student.
